Is located in a tranquil and secluded part of the popular seaside village of Whiting Bay. It is within 15 minutes of the ferry in Brodick and there is a regular bus from the ferry to Whiting Bay. Taxis are also available.
Torran is within 250 yards of Whiting Bay's beautiful sandy beach and is within easy walking distance of all the local amenities in the village.
The accommodation offered is a cosy villa with all mod cons. It sleeps 8 comfortably as there are four double bedrooms with two en-suite shower rooms. There is a family bathroom with a shower, and a separate downstairs wc. There is a downstairs master bedroom, en-suite with a cot, and an upstairs bedroom en-suite with a cot, and two twin bedrooms.
French doors in the kitchen open onto a patio area equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. There is also a raised decking area.. There is a ramp up to a separate back door for those with limited mobility.
The dining room is equipped for 8 people and is ideal for formal dining. The lounge is luxuriously furnished with views of the glen and is ideal for relaxing in after a day spent walking, golfing or cycling. It is equipped with TV, DVD, freeview and CD player. There is ample space in the hall to store coats and shoes.
For those with young children, there are two cots and a high chair available. Stair gates are also provided on the stairs, top and bottom for your child's safety. We aim to provide a high standard of self catering accommodation and included in the rental price is freshly laundered bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating. Cot bedding can be supplied if required.
The villa has thermostatically controlled oil fired central heating which heats the water. The cooking on the six burner range cooker is calor gas. There is also a micro-wave.
There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The tumble dryer is housed in the garden shed. The shed has plenty space for golf clubs, bikes etc.
There are spaces for two cars to park immediately outside the villa. Please note that the villa does not have a phone but there is a phone box 50 yards away.
The villa is a non smoking property and pets are not allowed.
